GUIDANCE ENERGY MEDITATIONS & PRAYERS

HOPE: "What does Hope mean? Hope is a current of energy that leads to manifestation. Manifestation leads to the basis of fundamental reality in the blending of all worlds. One must be able to be in the void where anything is possible. And in that void, experience the current of Hope and understand what destiny is for your soulful being incarnate at this time. Center your life around what your soul desires so that you can feel the fulfillment of what your soul desires as the manifestation of your fundamental reality."

GRATITUDE: "Gratitude is an action, not a word. I am gratituding you. I am to be gratituted. Somehow it becomes an object when used as a word when in fact it is an ongoing current of activity. A constant state of being. Divine right action is the action of gratituding, Gratituding is silent. When you meditate, you’re gratituding. When you pray, you’re gratituding. It is silent. Silence does not mean absence of sound; silence means an inner state of peace. And so as you feel and experience these things, allow your fields to extend to each other. Visualize as if you’re all huddled together by a flame. Visualize the hands touching; the shoulders touching. Visualize yourself as if you were an element like oxygen or hydrogen, the laws of attraction vibrating outward, magnetizing towards you that which is needed to blend to create the density of matter known as consciousness. And repeat, 'I have all that I need.”

AUTHENTIC LIVING: "What if one could feel the energetic of words and open up the portals within to retrieve the soul and speak truth? This is speaking truth from soul - not truth from mind - truth from soul. For example, speaking these words from soul, the words Authentic Living, invokes the presence of this energy, the energy of Authentic Living, in your body and changes your reality. You are then not just speaking authentically, you are living authentically and all words are therefore truth."

PRAYER FOR PEACE: "You associate in this human world the dove with peace and all of you at one time or another recently, have prayed for peace, agreed? The dove is your symbol of peace. Is it also the symbol of the sacred spirit or the Holy Spirit. And a symbol of nature. To pray for peace breathe in the air that flaps from the wings of the dove and embody sacred Holy Spirit. Feel the magnificence of the energetic currents that humanity prays with and connect to these energetics. This is peace. It is not a word uttered. It is an energetic experienced. This is hope. It is not a word uttered. It is spirit experienced."

Comment by Marilee Pallant on January 26, 2010 at 10:15pm: I can see then that when used from the soul, words are incarnational -- they embody the energy and anchor it and we then find ignited within and without the energy of Love, Peace, Hope -- not a word uttered --. Can we go then further to say that the more we purely and deeply align with the energetic of the word, the greater the release of the energy -- meaning that some might casually encounter the word and have a brush with it; others might more deeply engage the energy and there it a vital ignition - a larger expansion in the energy field of say Hope -- or Peace -- The potential here astounds. Many together invoking, proportionally magnify the energy. The implications of this breathing in unison are endless. I remain deeply thankful for these offering from Guidance and the human behind it being so willing to be the conduit and anchor.
